Visit of Computers for Schools Uganda in Close the Gap Brussels offices

Mrs. Grace Baguma, Managing Director of Computers for Schools Uganda, visited Close the Gap offices end of June. During her 2-day stay in Europe, the current partnership between both organisations has positively been evaluated. Several meetings with strategic partners like Deloitte, Essent, Flection or supportive partners like IICD were planned in the Netherlands. Plans were made to develop new collaboration projects in the field of e-waste management and ICT4Education. One of the promising new mutual projects will be developed – together with the Deloitte Fair Chance Foundation – in supporting curriculum building of financial literacy programs via computer education.
